About us

Manitu Solar team has been working on PV projects for years, mostly in European and Asian solar markets on projects related to solar module production, PV engineering and market development.

Solar energy expanded rapidly in the past few years in Europe, however Hungary was behind the region's development on the renewable energies, mostly because of the lack of feasible solar incentive system and because of low feed-in tariffs.

In 2009 new financing and support instruments were introduced for the Hungarian renewable industries, and with the mission of building up a professional and market leader company, Manitu Solar started it's activities in Hungary.

As the local PV market is still miniscule compared to Western Europe, we have built up a flexible team with electric engineers, financial and sales management based on multinational experience and a well trained installation team.

Our aim is long-term construction of a PV company that can be passed to our children, which has activities only on the photovoltaic market. Our vision is to provide affordable solar energy to more-and-more families and organizations.

To reach our goals we centered our philosophy on paying maximum attention to our clients needs, provide very straight-forward and accountable answers to their questions and to build up PV-systems with the highest available quality of solar components that will last - and to ensure that our clients and their children will be the clients of our followers in the company.
